Allow me to introduce myself, I am Candida (aka Costa Natura Trekking), an environmental hiking guide from the Regional Park of Monti Lattari - Amalfi Coast.

Over the years, I have obtained several certificates, among which as:

• tourist assistant for individuals and groups,
• environmental educator,
• children's party animator.
• Since 2022, I have been a member of the CAI (Italian Alpine Club) Cai Stabia section
• I am also member of Lega Ambiente
• and Slow Food Travel Costa D’Amalfi network.
• I am also member of Authentic Outdoor Amalfi Coast.

I am passionate about the mountains and deeply respect the environment; I constantly care for it, preserving the trails and educating visitors to do the same. I enjoy leading outdoor excursions with groups of adults and families who want to spend a day exploring the trails and discovering the beauties of the Amalfi Coast, the Sorrento Peninsula, Capri, Agerola, and Salerno.

Together, we will experience a wonderful journey through trails rich in history and traditions, and we will also discover some legends related to these lands that were part of the Ancient Maritime Republic of Amalfi.

The excursions I organize are for families, individuals, groups, and schools who want to spend a relaxing day outdoors, walking with total safety measures and precautions, having the appropriate equipment and all the necessary information for a fantastic experience.

I am well prepared for all types of trekking,

• whether for types of whether hikers
• aimed at beginner hikers
• or for experienced hikers

who want to explore the territories of the Campania region. We will be fully immersed in nature, and there will be time to observe and learn about the flora and fauna of these areas. We will discover natural reserves that have remained intact and preserved over time.

I also take pleasure in carrying out environmental education activities in schools (for public or private institutions) in co-operation with associations and groups. I am also member of the Slow Food Travel network - which proposes a new model of tourism, based on encounters and exchanges with farmers, cheesemakers and winegrowers from the Amalfi Coast. Together, we will visit the farms that are part of the Slow Food Travel network, especially those of the Amalfi Coast that promote local products mainly labeled as Km 0.

My knowledge of the territory focuses on the Regional Park of Monti Lattari and trails of different levels of difficulty (T, E, and EE). My equipment includes:

• a 28-liter technical backpack,
• telescopic poles,
• a first aid kit,
• a waterproof rain cape,
• trekking boots with Vibram Gore-Tex soles,
• and technical clothing.
